All Returns Must have a RA number. Please contact me for an RA number before returning your product. I do have a few requirements for return and exchanges. Items must be in new unworn condition and in original package/box. This means we do not cover any normal wear, food stains, etc…. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. This means that we do not cover any shipping cost. Items that are returned damage and not in new original condition will not be available for a return. Refunds are given after goods arrive and are in their original unused condition. Under no circumstances will we accept any used products. Opened and used products or Package without and RA number listed will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns are processed with 2 weeks after we receive the order back. Please do not contact us the day it arrives and expect a return. It will take 2 weeks to process and we will refund you via the way you paid. We do not offer exchanges. If you placed an order that is the wrong size and need a different size, we suggest returning the wrong size and order the new size to be shipped. You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be post marked within 8 days of receiving the order.

Damage items must be reported back to us with in 2 days of receiving the items. We must also have picture of the damaged item.
If your order was placed under a free shipping promotion the original shipping cost for that item will be deducted from your refund.
In order to use coupons, you must enter them at checkout. We can not issue refunds for coupons that are not placed with order.
We are currently shipping orders Monday - Thursday.
Orders usually go out within 1-3 business days after payment had cleared.
We do not ship on Holidays and Federal Holidays.

Priority Shipping Prices start around $5.50
(arrives in 2-4 days with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Express Shipping Prices Start around 28.00
(arrives in 1-2 days depending on location) with tracking and delivery confirmation.
We do ask that someone is home to sign for it if required otherwise a note will be left and you will need to go to post office to pick it up.
Orders outside the US:
We ship worldwide and to every country. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service.
First Class Shipping is very cheap and starts around $8.00. There is no tracking and can take 2-4 weeks for delivery and sometimes up to 8 weeks. It just depends on how fast it goes through customs. We do not cover any packages that get lost or stolen on First Class Shipping for orders outside the US. Please make note of this when selecting your shipping preference. This type of shipping is not as safe as other selections of shipping.
International Priority Shipping starts around $25.00 and is much safer. Comes with some insurance and has tracking all the way to your home. We can track every detail of your package with this one. This is much safer than first class. Arrives in 1-2 weeks.
Express International Shipping arrives in about 1 week. It starts around $40 and comes with some insurance. It has tracking all the way to your house. This is the fastest and safest way to send packages.
From time to time we might get a package back. The reason is due to incorrect shipping address. Please make sure that you double check your shipping address before checking out. We ship to the address provided when you checkout. We do not cover the second shipping charges if a package has been returned. It can take about 3 weeks for a package to get returned to us. Once it is returned, you may pay to have it resent. We will keep in contact with you through the return process. If you need the product right away you can always reorder and when the first package gets returned we can refund it.
